The practice is led by an International Business Lawyer with two decades of cross-border experience advising energy, mining, and infrastructure groups across Africa and the GCC. Prior chapters in Paris, Algiers, Houston, and Pointe-Noire — trilingual in English, French, and Arabic — inform a direct, ground-level reading of the operating environments in which our clients invest and build. Principals engage a single accountable interlocutor from Dubai; behind that interlocutor sits a hand-picked bench of tax advisors, finance specialists, lawyers, and accountants — all from Africa, with real African backgrounds — assembled per mandate, briefed by the practice, and never fragmented across intermediaries.
